These Terms of Service govern website design and development services provided by Medjai Business Solutions to its clients.
Our services
Medjai Business Solutions provides custom website design and development, e-commerce platform builds, SaaS-ready websites and business tools, search engine basics, and related services such as hosting and domain setup assistance. The specific deliverables for your project are defined in your written quote.
Quotes and payment
Every project begins with a written, fixed-price quote. A deposit is required to begin work, and the remaining balance is due at launch. Payments are accepted via Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo. Quoted prices exclude third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting subscriptions, or premium plugins unless the quote states otherwise.
Scope and revisions
Each quote defines the scope of work. Two rounds of revisions are included per project milestone; additional revisions or new requests are quoted separately before work continues.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, images, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials or feedback may shift your project timeline and launch date.
Ownership and intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables for your project, including the design, content, and code we produced for it. We retain the right to display the completed project in our portfolio. Tools, libraries, and templates we developed independently remain our property, and are licensed to you as part of your deliverables where applicable.
Timelines
Estimated launch dates are provided in good faith based on the scope agreed at signing, and are not guarantees. We will always communicate proactively if anything changes.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors (Zelle, PayPal, Venmo), and AI services. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or policy changes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medjai Business Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date.
